Whereas under the provisions of section 30 of the Land Use Planning and Development Act 1974, I, the Hon. Walter H. Roban, JP, MP, Minister of the Interior, after consultation with the public and the Historic Buildings Advisory Committee, agreed to deregister the aforementioned building.

Therefore, by virtue of the provisions of section 30 of the Land Use Planning and Development Act of 1974 and all other powers relating thereto, I hereby give notice that I will remove this building from the list of buildings of architectural and / or historical significance.
